Interest in Pinterest

I use Pinterest...a lot. It's still pretty *exclusive* in the sense that you have to be a member to use it, and you have to be invited to be a member. I waited and waited and GOT my invite and am so thrilled! I thought I'd do a giveaway to celebrate! And, the winner will receive: An invitation to join Pinterest! Memorial Day Weekend!

Memorial Day Weekend.

The unofficial Summer kick-off!

The beginning of a season filled with weddings, birthdays, travel, projects, and absolutely zero free time!! {fail}

But...it means warm weather.

And a tan.

And icy cold adult beverages.

And grilling out.

And sundresses.

And an end to pollen season!

And let us not forget why we have a holiday to celebrate. Thank you to all the men and women who serve. May we never forget what they do for us, or what they are fighting for. May we always remember those we've lost in battle. May we pray to someday lose no more.

A Little and A Lot

A is patiently waiting to see pictures from her bridal shower a couple weekends back. I am working on a couple posts to share all the details {between feverish naps}... {It's a struggle}. But, I couldn't resist posting a glimpse AND bragging about Wade Chi and his wonderful photography. More Fun with Facial Hair

Whoops! Blogger was mean yesterday and wouldn't let me post!! Oh well - I'm off to VA Tech's Graduation {Way to go, Wes!!!}, then to Norfolk since the fleet is coming in. I'll get to spend some time with my other-in-laws {yay! I don't get to see them very often...boo!}, celebrate BIL's Birthday and a Belated Mothers' Day with Mom-in-Law and Grandma-In-Law, celebrate Uncle-in-Law's return home and RETIREMENT from the Navy...all in three days. I'm tired already!!

But before I go...a little more fun with facial hair on the countdown to Moustache-tastic-BIL's Birthday!!

BIL's Moustache Week!

Sunday is the birthday of My Brother-In-Law {BIL}. BIL has a moustache. I'm not just talking about some plain ol' boring moustache. I mean a serious, twisty-end, soon-to-be-handlebar-ish, he now carries a comb with him everywhere, MOUSTACHE.
